Birthday Wow!!!

It has been a really busy and wonderful birthday...eighty only happens once...now I will concern myself with short term memory...I certainly have wonderful old-time memories.  My art exhibit has been hung with Jan and Jo.  I had nine new pieces and then Lar's portrait.  The others have hung older works before, but not forty three years older.  TIME FLIES!

Time goes faster...and faster

Yesterday I became an octogenarian.  I like the word.  I'll let you know how I like the state of being as time goes on.  No pic for today...I'm headed to an art exhibit.  My show will be hung this Wednesday at Canoa Hills Rec Center. 

So much to learn

Old dog and new tricks...seems we must learn the new magic or rock away our time.  I am working on changing size numbers and resolution for blog.  Now I know there are different numbers for submitting art for juries and galleries.  Probably won't do that anyway, but need to know.  Feel like the magician pulling the body out of the box.

The Mine

This is my second post...hope I will get on to this by June.  My exhibit with Jan and Jo goes up the end of this month.  I have ten new pieces.  Having the show keeps me trying new stuff.  Hope you enjoy Mine for Sale, my comments on the mine proposed for the Santa Ritas.  Long story but I hope it never happens.  This Saturday I will be part of a book signing with my little books.
